- Integrated Base Pan Heater
- The LSU120HSV5 Outdoor Condenser features a factory-installed base pan heater in the drain pan. This prevents condensate from freezing and damaging the unit in frigid climates.
- Self-Cleaning Coil
- The LSN120HSV5 indoor unit features a self-cleaning heat exchanger coil that automatically removes dirt and moisture. This helps to prevent unpleasant odors and to combat the formation of mold.
- Jet Temperature Control
- With the press of a button, your system will temporarily adjust the set point and fan speed to provide rapid heating or cooling.
- Sleep Mode
- With the sleep mode and timer functions, you can set the indoor units to save energy at night. Sleep mode will incrementally adjust temperature for an hour before the timer function automatically deactivates the unit.
- Dehumidify
- LG's mini split indoor units include a dehumidifying operation mode. In this mode, the unit's internal sensors monitor temperature and modify the set point and fan speed to remove moisture from the air.
- Improved Air Quality
- A washable anti-fungal filter is the first line of defense against dust and bacteria. This filter is backed up by a high air flow 3M Micro Protection Filter that captures microscopic irritants for pristine air quality.
- Built in Wi-Fi
- With built in Wi-Fi, you have the ability to control your LG air conditioner with smart enabled devices. Simply download the SmartThinQ® app on your smart device to get started.

- Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor units to drain locations of your choosing. We recommend locally purchased PVC hard pipe for the condensate drain on cassette and concealed duct units.
- Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.
- Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser.
- Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris.

Just wanted to mention how well this model works.(LG LS120HSV5). I purchased the 12K and 9K units last year. I have a 3 room 640 sq. ft. cabin in North Central Arkansas. This summer during 95 degree heat I was able to keep the cabin cool with very minimal effort from these units. This Winter we had an extremely cold system come thru with temp. Of below 0 Fahrenheit several days in a row. One morning it was -7. I was concerned these would not work in such low temperatures but my cabin never got below 70 degrees and the units never failed. I am very happy with the engineering of the units. By the way, the wi-fi controls have worked very well. When I am not home, I can see what the indoor temp is and even adjust if needed.

Climate Controlled Garage For My Collector Cars

Moving from California to Florida with my collector cars meant that I had to find a way to keep them from rust in this very humid climate. I had this LG unit installed and I could not be more pleased. I set it at 73F and leave it. Yes...it is that reliable to keep the garage area constant in temp and low humidity. I have recommended this approach to friends to make the garage area their Man Cave.

My company is a LG Excellence dealer. We have dealt with other DFS manufacturers in the past. There is a reason we went all in with LG. You cannot find a better DFS or Duct ed system out there. If you engineer the system properly they fire up and work without any problems. If you use a LG Excellence dealer to do your install, you cant find a better warranty!
