- All of the LP123CDUC's operations can be handled from the convenient display on the unit. Operation mode, fan speed, temperature, and timer functions are easily set through the control panel's push buttons.
- Energy Saving Mode
- When energy saving mode is active, the unit's fan will only run during cooling or heating operations. This prevents continuous fan use which drains energy without affecting the temperature.
- Long Lasting Filters
- LG PTAC units don't just control the temperature, they also clean the air that flows through them. This unit's air filters and vent filter are washable, making it easy to ensure that your guests enjoy ideal air quality.
- Quiet Comfort
- The LP123CDUC employs a split motor configuration that shifts the noisier operations to an outdoor motor. Both the indoor and outdoor motors are brushless direct current motors, which are renowned for their low levels of electrical and mechanical noise.

Had a 15 yr old PTAC unit and wasnt really sure what to replace it with. eComfort had best price on LG unit that seemed to have good reviews so I got it. Great communication regarding delivery. I make the mistake of getting the wrong power cord & it was easy returning it for the right one. Install was a breeze! FYI... it is heavy!

We purchased this unit to replace a unit that was 3 years old. During that time the unit ran 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. We feel that running that much would be the equivalent of running it for 9 years in normal operation. We feel that the unit held up very well.
The new unit requires a power cord to operate it. The old unit had a direct wire power cord, the new unit has a plug in style cord that has to be purchased separately. Why it’s not included, with the $900 unit is beyond me.

Customer service when ordering over the phone was excellent and easy. You do need to order the power cord separately I believe it was 40 dollars. Unit slid into the spot where previous unit was with no problem and it was a good bit lighter than the 20 year old unit. Runs very very quiet as others had mentioned. Using in a FROG and did great over the holidays for our first real test. Delivery was on time, it did come off of a tractor trailer.

My 10 year old LG PTAC finally stopped working so I replaced it with a new LG PTAC. This new LG PTAC fit perfectly into the metal shelf that housed the older model LG PTAC, and it works great! I especially like using the e-save feature along with my ceiling fan (which requires flipping an internal switch to activate this feature). Lastly, the unit was shipped freight, it was well packaged and tied to a crate.

Works great, decently priced for the size. Only thing is it needs a specific cord to connect to the unit. If that is stated in the description i missed it, so i had to wait several extra days until the cord i ordered arrived. So make sure you order a cord at the same time.

Placed the unit in my large 4 car garage. Though officially undersized for the square footage, it quickly and quietly cools the garage and eliminates the high Kansas City humidity. My man-cave is now quite comfy. Looking forward to the same comfort during the winter months.

We needed a new PTAC in our large kitchen with a 16 foot ceiling. The old 1960s Singer PTAC had finally succumbed to rust. Its compressor had holes and it was going to be a warm summer. We had dealt with Power Equipment Direct before and after spending considerable time researching brands ordered the LG. PED and our installer guided us also to the appropriate unit that would keep that kitchen cool. The LG unit was installed and is everything we expected. It is quiet and cools the space quickly. The gentle whoosh of cold air is a great defender against our Southern summer. Thank you LG and PED.
