- The Ecostyle B-12.48 ECO contains less water than traditional cast iron radiators. This allows the B-12.48 ECO to begin delivering heat more quickly. The large convector plates make sure this heat is radiated in an efficient manner.
- Radiant Heat
- With a nominal capacity of 5,119 BTU, the B-12.48 ECO produces both convective heat and radiant heat. Radiant heat makes your room comfortable more quickly by heating people and objects in the room, not just the air.
- Simple Installation
- The Ecostyle B-12.48 ECO utilizes clamp mounting brackets, which are included with the product. This means that you can install and remove it easily.
- Attractive and Durable
- The B-12.48 ECO is an attractive addition to your home. It has a minimal profile and an enamel finish to discourage scratches and corrosion.
- Flexible Connection Options
- Ecostyle Radiators have six 1/2" connections. This means that you have a plethora of connection options available with the B-12.48 ECO.

This radiator, the B-12.48 ECO, measures 12" tall by 48" wide, features a beautiful Italian design, and provides both radiant and convective heat for maximum efficiency and minimal cold spots. The Ecostyle B-12.48 ECO has an enamel finish over steel to ensure that it will stay beautiful for years. Not only is it easy to install and sub-zone, but its flow-regulating valve allows for individual radiator control.

The panel showed up undamaged was easy to hang on the wall. I have only run a test so far as we don't need heat just yet but it seems as though it will do just as well as my big old cast iron radiator and looks much nicer.

big change from baseboard radiator

Plumbers had a bit of difficulty because installation manual is not included but can be downloaded online. It leaked when turned on at the connections and has a mind of its own, independent of the thermostat. Parts are shipped inside the radiator cover so finding what we assumed was missing was an ah- ha moment. The dial on the radiator, for more or less heat, turned it off independent of the thermostat - not yet sure if we missed something. When we finished the install and stepped back, it provided a visually pleasant alternative to what existed and really puts out the heat. Getting some more for the rest of the house...
