How far below subfloor should receiving PVC be for kerdi drain flange with the shower kit? Just wondering how it easily connects.

Answer
For a 2" drain outlet, based on the cross-section view of the PVC drain flange, it looks like the receiving PVC should be somewhere between 3-1/16" and 3-15/16" below the surface of the drain. However this should be confirmed by a plumber prior to installation.
