Rinnai is raising the bar in tankless heating technology with their SENSEI™ tankless water heaters. Rinnai's SENSEI™ series provides a better experience for both users and installers alike with simple installation, serviceability, efficient performance, and flexible venting options. The SENSEI's™ advanced condensing technology can easily adapt to colder climates with freeze protection down to -4° F for outdoor units. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel heat exchanger, integrated check valve, and included safety devices allow for powerful and efficient water heating for years to come.
Continuous Water for Multiple Applications
Rinnai tankless water heaters provide an endless supply of hot water that remains uninterrupted, even when you're the last one in line for the shower.
Energy Efficient Promise
Tankless water heaters avoid the need to keep a large amount of reserve water heated at all times. This saves energy by only heating water when you need it, while an entirely electric ignition avoids the constantly wasted energy of a standing pilot light.
Wi-Fi Compatible
Every SENSEI™ water heater is Wi-Fi compatible for remote monitoring and management.
Enhanced Combustion Design
The Rinnai SENSEI™ series water heaters feature a fiber mesh premix burner that provides an even flame distribution for optimal performance and efficiency.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger
The included stainless steel heat exchanger features corrosion-resistant properties to ensure reliable and long-lasting operation, while its superior efficiency puts the SENSEI™ series at the top of its class.
Flexible Venting Options
Perfect for both new installs and retrofits, the SENSEI™ features the most flexible venting in the industry. Whether your install requires concentric, direct, room air, or common venting, the SENSEI™ series can handle it all.
Simple Installation and Serviceability
The SENSEI™ water heater features an adjustable mounting plate and a rotatable pressure relief valve to accommodate a variety of install applications. An easily accessible control panel and parameter adjustment allow for fast and simple servicing.

Fuel Type Fuel TypeTo create heat, some form of fuel is required. Fuel Type specifies what the product uses as an input to create heat.
Natural Gas
Combustion Type Combustion TypeCondensing appliances use leftover thermal energy from combustion gases to heat water in a secondary heat exchanger, resulting in higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature.
Condensing
Vent Type Vent TypeProducts that use combustion (burning) of fuel to create heat also create potentially dangerous gasses that need to be exhausted (AKA "Vented"). Depending on the product, venting can be done via a chimney, through a side wall, or use a second vent to provide fresh air to the appliance.

Ultra Low NOx Emissions Ultra Low NOx EmissionsNOx is a byproduct of the combustion process, and it's output is regulated in some jurisdictions. Many regulators mirror SCAQMD rules, which regulate air quality for some parts of Southern California. Ultra Low NOx appliances emit less than 10-14 ng/J (nanogram per Joule) of NOx. Learn More
