Great Heater. Installed in our winter home in Quartzsite AZ. When we bought the place it had unvented Blue Flame heaters with smell all the time when burning. Replaced them with the Rinnai 8000 BTU, no more smell, just nice warm heater. Install took about 4 hours, just taking my time and doing it right. Nothing hard about it. I love waking up to a nice warm room, have our timer set on 6 AM, when we get up around 7 or so, it is toasty warm. We love this feature as we both like it cool while we sleep, but it is warm when we get up. The heater is easy to program and set.

I needed a winter heat source to complement my central heat pump and to replace an ancient floor furnace in my kitchen that has served that purpose for many years. Other than having to do a little wrenching and gas pipe work, the Rinnai was easy to install and set up. It puts out a lot of heat and is quiet. I have not had to run it much so far, though, as it's still pretty warm here in the Deep South.

Our old wall heater failed us and our plumber recommended this type of a wall heater. SOOO glad he did. It looks good and most of all it heats three bedrooms and an open living room and kitchen.
