Rinnai is raising the bar in tankless heating technology with their SENSEI™ tankless water heaters. Rinnai's SENSEI™ series provides a better experience for both users and installers alike with simple installation, serviceability, efficient performance, and flexible venting options. The SENSEI's™ advanced condensing technology can easily adapt to colder climates with freeze protection down to -4° F for outdoor units. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel heat exchanger, integrated check valve, and included safety devices allow for powerful and efficient water heating for years to come.
  • Continuous Water for Multiple Applications
  • Rinnai tankless water heaters provide an endless supply of hot water that remains uninterrupted, even when you're the last one in line for the shower.
  • Energy Efficient Promise
  • Tankless water heaters avoid the need to keep a large amount of reserve water heated at all times. This saves energy by only heating water when you need it, while an entirely electric ignition avoids the constantly wasted energy of a standing pilot light.
  • Wi-Fi Compatible
  • Every SENSEI™ water heater is Wi-Fi compatible for remote monitoring and management.
  • Enhanced Combustion Design
  • The Rinnai SENSEI™ series water heaters feature a fiber mesh premix burner that provides an even flame distribution for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger
  • The included stainless steel heat exchanger features corrosion-resistant properties to ensure reliable and long-lasting operation, while its superior efficiency puts the SENSEI™ series at the top of its class.
  • Flexible Venting Options
  • Perfect for both new installs and retrofits, the SENSEI™ features the most flexible venting in the industry. Whether your install requires concentric, direct, room air, or common venting, the SENSEI™ series can handle it all.
  • Simple Installation and Serviceability
  • The SENSEI™ water heater features an adjustable mounting plate and a rotatable pressure relief valve to accommodate a variety of install applications. An easily accessible control panel and parameter adjustment allow for fast and simple servicing.
  • Includes Isolation Valves & Pressure Relief Valve
  • Enables easy preventative maintenance, annual flushing, and serviceability.
  • Delivers a $100 value, with no additional purchase necessary.
  • Product Also Includes
  • Integrated Controller
  • Wall Mounting Bracket
  • Vent Screens (2)
  • Recirculation Pump Cable

Would the GPM listed cover the hot flow at two showers with a washing machine running at the same time?
Davi A.
from Texas
February 18, 2020
Answer
The GPM that's listed is the max output at a 60*F rise.  Your washing machine should not change the flow of GPM unless you're running it on hot.  Typically HE washing machines request that you run it on cold or warm/cold setting for the most efficient use.  If you have two showers, you're really only looking at 2 gpm per each and maybe a dishwasher if HE would be 1.5.  So you would be looking at 5.5 GPM at a 60*F rise if you need a 60*F rise. Due to variables such as geographic location please feel free to use our Tankless Water Heater Sizing Guide to determine the needs for your unique space.
