For homeowners with a small utility room or for those who need a boiler with a smaller footprint, Peerless' MI series gas fired boiler offers an excellent space saving option. This cast iron boiler comes fully packaged and ready to install measuring in at only 31 inches tall. Although small, the boiler is not short on power; its cast iron heat exchanger and solid construction lend themselves the higher capacity models achieving heat output of up to 211,000 BTU. The MI series boiler is a chimney vented boiler, and can achieve efficiencies of up to 83.8% AFUE. The boiler can be equipped with either a standing pilot burner or an intermittent ignition to suit the personal preferences of any homeowner.
