    Noritz has been in the business of providing homes with hot water for over sixty years, and introduced the industries first electronically controlled water heater in 1981. The NRC98-OD-LP represents the culmination of the experience gained over those sixty years. The ecoTough series is Noritz breakthrough line that combines temperature stability with high-efficiency technology to produce an energy-saving unit with a low carbon footprint. These condensing units are designed with commercial grade copper heat exchangers that allow for optimal performance and are backed by a 12-year heat exchanger warranty. Plus, these units are all equipped with a a power cord installation kit, condensate overflow monitoring system, service reminder function, and are adjustable for high altitude installations.

    The Noritz NRC98-OD-LP includes an easy-to-use, remote controller that allows for convenient, adjustable temperature control for your hot water system.

    Compact, Modern Design
    Noritz tankless water heaters are engineered to have a compact design that easily allows for outdoor installation.

    Multiple Unit System Compatibility
    For extra-demanding systems, the Noritz NRC98-OD-LP unit can be linked together with another unit for twice the hot water capacity.

I have this model, and the remote will not let me adjust temperature above 120 degrees. How do I fix this?

Answer
The water heater has been factory set to allow a maximum temperature setting of 120 degrees F. See page 19 of the installation manual for details on how to access higher temperature settings through the remote controller.
