- The outdoor condenser is equipped with inverter technology and an electronic linear expansion valve. These components improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency through precise adjustments of both compressor speed and refrigerant flow.
- Multiple Vane Control Options
- Auto mode selects the best vane position based on operating mode, and the swing modes cycle through all positions for maximum coverage.
- Condensate Removal System
- The PEAD-AA contains an internal drain mechanism capable of lifting condensate 27-9/16". This simplifies installation and prevents condensate overflow, which can damage or destroy your property.
- Blue Fin Condenser
- Condensers are constantly exposed to wind, dust and salty air that take their toll on your unit. Mitsubishi coats their condensers with an anti-rust coating to extend its lifespan.

- Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.
- Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser.
- Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris. Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system. All Mini Split Systems require one Primary Mini Split Installation Kit.

A concealed duct indoor unit, PEAD-AA36NL, is paired with an outdoor condenser that uses some of the most advanced technology available to modulate temperature without the energy-wasting overshoots and short-cycling associated with simpler systems. With the PEAD-AA36NL, a small air register is the only evidence of that a powerful and efficient mini split is servicing your room. As part of Mitsubishi's commercial P-Series, the condenser is constructed with industrial-grade materials to ensure consistent performance in the harshest conditions, making this system ideal for critical applications that require constant conditioning.
