OK, it's an air conditioner, there are tons of good ones available on the market. BUT -
I was looking to replace an old wall-mounted Kenmore and didn't want to have to go through a huge procedure to modify the wall so that I could fit a different sized unit in.
This a/c is the ONLY unit available that was not just the same size as the old one and maybe a good fit, but it is a direct replacement, a perfect fit. I really caught a break on this.
It has all the energy efficiency and features of today's models, and is really quiet.
The kicker is that eComfort is selling it a full $100 less than anywhere else that I could find it, AND free shipping!

This air conditioner fit my current sleeve. It's also the same look as my previous air conditioner. Much quieter too, my other unit was 15 years old. We purchased this unit to replace an older LG AC that was making a racket in our bedroom. We made the purchase through another site that charged $30 more for the unit. They are now listing it another $50 higher. We are looking forward to buying another unit through eComfort for the other bedroom since this one is working so well.
