- All of the LP153IHP's operations can be handled from the convenient display on the unit. Operation mode, fan speed, temperature, and timer functions are easily set through the control panel's push buttons.

- When energy saving mode is active, the unit's fan will only run during cooling or heating operations. This prevents continuous fan use which drains energy without affecting the temperature.
- Long Lasting Filters

The LG unit was easy to install in place of an existing unit. The unit was very nice looking and not to complicated. Since installation the unit runs quietly with no surging issues with a soft start feature that makes it almost hard to tell its running. It cools excellent! I have not used the unit in heating mode.

I researched several PTACs before selecting the LG Model #: LP153IHP. This unit had the features and ease of installation that I needed. At this time the unit is performing beyond my expectations while in the cooling mode. I am confident that this model will perform just as well in the heating mode.

I bought this LG PTAC recently, and I love this product so much! It's so quiet, and I barely notice it's running. The best purchase I did in this year. Not only very quiet, but also very efficient. Before for my living room, it took my old PTAC around 30 mins to get the room in the set temperature, now with the LG PTAC, it only took around 5-10 mins to get my room in the same temperature.
The only issue is my contractor's mistake, he told me I won't need to purchase the LG - 20A Electrical Cord and Plug, so I didn't purchase it. He couldn't install the PTAC for me initially, but eventually he found a tactical way to hack it, so I have to reorder the cord and plug.
