- All of the LP123IHP's operations can be handled from the convenient display on the unit. Operation mode, fan speed, temperature, and timer functions are easily set through the control panel's push buttons.
- Energy Saving Mode
- When energy saving mode is active, the unit's fan will only run during cooling or heating operations. This prevents continuous fan use which drains energy without affecting the temperature.
- Long Lasting Filters
- LG PTAC units don't just control the temperature, they also clean the air that flows through them. This unit's air filters and vent filter are washable, making it easy to ensure that your guests enjoy ideal air quality.
- Quiet Comfort
- The LP123IHP employs a split motor configuration that shifts the noisier operations to an outdoor motor. Both the indoor and outdoor motors are brushless direct current motors, which are renowned for their low levels of electrical and mechanical noise.

I replaced my old Amana PTAC, which granted was nearly a decade old, to this one and saw huge benefits. More quiet, more stable temperatures, and dehumidification features! Mine was a like for like replacement so it was like swapping a very heavy printer cartridge, but for a new install I can’t vouch for it. Please note you have to order the correct power cord for your configuration. This appliance can connect to three different amp levels, so match it to whatever you’d need in your install and make sure to order THAT cable!!
