Very pleased with this generator, install was fast and very professionally done. Only issue I has was I ordered the wrong transfer box for the install, my mistake but when I called and asked to return it for the correct one they would not exchange it because it was sold as a set even though it was boxed separate. Very costly era on my part but very disappointed that they would not exchange it.

Whether you are confronted with Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Freezing Blizzards or living in parts of Ca. and having to put up with Power outages because of a multitude of reasons. Generac stand -by auxiliary power units can save you from power interruptions that these situation are responsible for, leaving you unsafe. You don't have to light up the whole neighborhood, just enough power for convenience and safety and to keep your food from spoiling...

Had unit installed two years ago--past weekend we had a 101/2 hr power failure due to high winds--unit performed 100% the whole time--we were only house on block with power the whole time---so glad so very glad we purchased.

This generator was delivered as promised. Our electrician located the generator for ease of installation. The generator is rather compact and makes very little noise when operating. Basically hear a humming inside the house when it is running through its weekly "exercising". While we have not yet had a power outage to confirm the unit's performance, so far so good.
