Generac provides a 5-Year Warranty on this model and all service is provided by your local servicing Generac dealer. If you generator required anything more than a maintenance kit, I would suggest contacting Generac directly @ 888-436-3722 to find a servicing dealer in your area.

The equipment after being installed works as advertised and I have no complaints at this time. Hopefully this will continue to be the case. There is a question regarding the unloaded and loaded voltage readings that I called the manufacturer about and there is where I feel the weakness lies. I purchased this unit online for my home. It was shipped from Illinois by Electric Generators Direct. The purchase was seamless and delivery was fast. No issues there.
Regarding the voltage situation however, the manufacturer, (GENERAC), were either unable or unwilling to offer me an explanation or adjustment procedure regarding this slight issue. They insisted on referring me to an area dealer for support and essentially washing their hands of the problem. I felt this was an irresponsible response to a legitimate consumer inquiry.
The nearest dealer to my location is over 50 miles away and would most assuredly charge a service call for something that could be resolved over the phone or by email with a voltage adjustment procedure. I have yet to have the opportunity to approach Electric Generators Direct with my question, but I am hopeful to have better luck with them.

The Generac product was as expected very good for the money. This product comes with a transfer switch with a 16 circuit load center built in. I wanted to just get an old fashioned transfer switch and use my sub panel, but was talked out of it by a couple of people. Not saying this product is not good, just saying for my application (inside where weather is not an issue) my first instinct would have been easier. But, this is a great transfer switch, load center, especially for outdoor use. Generator install and startup was flawless. Highly recommend the cement pad option. It is not a flimsy piece of tissue paper cement. It is a full bore, real cement pad with perfectly located mounting nuts ready to go. Really nice pad. Totally worth it.
