- Set a Schedule
- Your indoor units may be assigned an operation schedule from this wired remote controller. The UTY-RVNUM can provide a seven-day schedule to your Fujitsu Mini Split Indoor Units.
- Additional Temperature Controls
- With a UTY-RVNUM you can designate a temperature range limitation that will govern the minimum and maximum temperatures that the zone will be set for.
- Control Locking
- You may lock the controls on the UTY-DMMUM. This ensures that the only changes to your zone's temperature are coming from an authorized source.

The Fujitsu UTY-RVNUM Wired Remote Controller is used to provide control and additional functionality for Fujitsu Mini Split Indoor Units. This wired remote may operate a single compatible wall mounted unit, or it may be daisy-chained to multiple compatible compact ceiling cassette or concealed duct units to provide identical settings for multiple zones. It is backlit and prominently displays the room temperature. The Fujitsu UTY-RVNUM is a simple and effective way to manage your mini split system.

The unit will display a room temp of say 61 while the temp setting is set to 66 and the unit doesn't come on. This the exact problem I was having with the handheld remote. My initial issue is still unresolved.

My mini split came with just a wireless remote. I found it difficult to use and never like having to point it at the head unit. The temp sensor was in the head unit and this performed very poorly. Purchasing this wired remote allowed me to correct all this. It was easy to install and is super easy to use. I have it in a wall around a corner from the draft of the mini split so feel it reads temps very accurately. Love how it lights up when any button is pushed. Looks great on the wall!

Unlike the other Fujitsu that you need a magnifying glass to read, this one is great! Nice size icons and info, plus a backlight that goes off after a few seconds, so it's not always lit. Would definitely recommend. Excellent display and easy to use.

Wanted a mechanism to make my Fujitsu mini split cool the room to an accurate temperature. Tried calibrating the mini split internal temp sensor to cool the room to the temperature that was displayed on the wireless remote. After several attempts at calibrating. it did seem like I was close to getting the wireless remote and room temperature to be close. Not satisfied with close I installed the wired remote, enabled its onboard temp sensor (not enabled by default) and the room temp achieved makes sense to me. Yes the fan speed still goes up and down oddly, but ultimately the room settles to the temp the wired remote is set to. It is very helpful that the wired remote sensed temp can be displayed (again you have to enable that feature). Now the mini split acts like central air controlled by a wall thermostat and not some guess the engineers made that the room temp would be measuring air drawn into the mini split.

Fujitsu heat pump mounted 9 feet up on wall. Thermostat is in heat pump, so since heat rises, regulation is poor. Having a wired wall mount thermostat has solved my problem.
