Covers 4000 sq foot house. Just the stove/oven unable to use during use. Covers two a/c and 2 heaters. Changed oil and filter just this week and it still was in the green zone.

I requested 3 installers contact me. None of them did so I installed most of it myself and hired an electrician and plumber to pipe it to my propane tank.

We bought this generator with the expectation of power shut offs in Northern California by PG&E (due to wildfire). The generator was professionally installed and up and running 2 weeks prior to our power going out the first time. The power has been shut off 3 more times over the last month or so. The generator and transfer switch has performed flawlessly. We have a propane tank that we had set specifically to feed the generator and it provides about 10 days or more of fuel with some conservation. I have done the simple maintenance required to service the generator and have only one criticism regards to opening the top and having to unscrew 7 threaded bolts to get at the dip stick,filters, plugs etc. Other than that one, rather small issue, its performed as expected. No surprises, at a time when it was sorely needed

Have had this for 2 years and it’s worth it weight in gold here in California. I have sold three more of my neighbors on the unit since. My only criticism is the noise. I’m going to purchase a zombie box to cut the noise down.

Installation was straight forward and easy to hook up. Generator started right away and performs it function well. It has made more noise than I expected as it is advertised at 72db (one of the competition is rated at 65db). I even added an additional small muffler to the exhaust pipe but still sounds about the same.

Ordered this after calling a couple times. Did find out the unit doesn't come with any modules so the '8' load sheds do nothing without these modules at $120 a piece....lucky I only needed 1 for my A/C. Install is complex and I had a master electrician do it (about 10 hrs) Also the Ct's for load shedding were not with the symphony unit. Briggs sent them but it took around a week to get. Once everything was done it does work great and is a good value.

I really like this generator. Came with just about everything needed for installation. I had an electrician install it because I wanted it done right. I was really tired of the many power outages we have here in central Tennessee. When it does go out, it stays out for 2 -3 hours at a time. In the middle of the night, I need my CPAP machine running so I can sleep. This also handles our heat pump for those hot or cold nights too.
