Easy to deal with on the phone and polite ..the driver that delivered it to the house was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly .. The unit is putting out cold air at present .. We have told others about your great service.

We ordered this condenser on June 29, and was told that it was on back order, but that it might be shipped on July 5, if it was available then. Not only DID it ship on July 5, but we received it July 11, and installed it July 17!
My independent installer was AMAZED at the high quality and ruggedness of the unit, and he said that we should anticipate years of service from this unit (a 2-ton unit). During the several really hot days that followed, the unit performed flawlessly.
In summary, this appears to be a great unit, the eComfort.com transaction was very very smooth, and my installer intends to recommend ecomfort.com in the future as a source for many types of products sold by ecomfort.com!
