Features
- Strong, Durable Frame
- With a frame constructed from the highest wet strength material, the PerfectPleat® SC M8 resists crushing. The support straps and pleated design provide additional strength against turbulent airflow.
- Environmentally Friendly
- Without no dyes or metal in the media or frame, the PerfectPleat® filter is easily and safely discarded.
- Self-Supporting Design
- Featuring DuraFlex® media, the PerfectPleat® filters are made of a blend that allows it to be self-supporting and perform consistently without wires.
- Increased Efficiency
- The initial rating of the PerfectPleat® is MERV 8. As dust loading begins, efficiency will increase significantly over the service life of the filter.
American Air Filters PerfectPleat® SC M8 filters are designed with a MERV 8 rating initially but increase efficiency when dust loading begins. Using DuraFlex® media made from uniform size virgin fibers, the pleated panels are self-supporting. As an enviromentally friendly product, the PerfectPleat® SC M8 filters do not require wire for support, making them completely incinerable.
