The Amana PTH123G50AXXX is a great choice for home packaged unit needs. A Compressor Lock-in system helps prevent short-cycling, increasing the lifespan. Diagnostic lights and easily accessible filters and coils also contribute to the long life of the unit. Backed by a five year warranty and built in the USA, the PTC series is a durable, reliable and efficient unit that will never disappoint.
Product Features
Condensate Dispersion System
The system draws water directly onto the outdoor coil for fast evaporation, leading to increased efficiency. Increased surface area from the coil allows more water to be evaporated even on the sides of the coils, further reducing condensate run-off.
Fan-Off Delay
After the compressor stops, the fan continues to run for 30 seconds, improving the dispersion of the conditioned air in the room.
Quiet Operation
Two fan motors, and a tangential fan work together to reduce the overall volume of the unit. A quieter unit is less intrusive to every facet of home life, from talking to relaxing to sleeping.
