The Noritz EZTR tankless water heater bundle kits are designed to easily replace existing storage tank-type water heaters and include all of the accessories you need for a successful installation right out of the box. Perfect for the replacement of a 40-gallon tank water heater, the EZTR40 package contains a single vent conversion kit, a flex vent conversion kit (25 feet of 2-inch flex), an isolation valve kit, and a startup guide. With top mounted connections and the ability to use flex vents and gas lines, the EZ Series is an incredibly cost-effective retrofit option. The EZ Series water heaters are compatible with a variety of venting options, and can even be installed outdoors with a vent cap. These fully modulating water heaters feature stainless steel heat exchangers and safety devices to provide efficient water heating for years to come.
  • Built for Efficiency
  • The EZTR40-NG boasts a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.89 and a direct electronic ignition that avoids always-on pilot light installations, saving you fuel and money.
  • Made with Safety in Mind
  • Noritz tankless water heaters have built-in safety devices that protect your unit including a flame sensor, overheat prevention device, lightning protection device, and freeze protection device, all backed by a five-year parts warranty.
  • Compact, Modern Design

  • Flexible Installation Options
  • Noritz's EZTR40-NG includes a N-Flex Kit which allows the heater to be attached directly to existing B-vent systems. The heaters also come with top mount water connections and an attached power cord, making installation even easier.
  • Temperature Controls
  • An easy to read display is built right into the water heater. It includes three preset temperature outputs: 120°F, 130°F, and 140°F.
