Features

The Fantech Fit® 120E Fresh Air Appliance is an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) that provides a continuous supply of fresh air while exhausting stale air from your home. ERVs make your heating and cooling systems more efficient by transferring heat and humidity between fresh and stale air during ventilation. With a profile only 8.75" high, the Fit® 120E is ideal for applications with little mechanical room or where it must be located over a false ceiling.
  • Slim Profile
  • The compact design of the Fit® 120E, at only 8.75 tall
  • Easy Maintenance
  • You have easy access to the internal components by unlatching the 4 latches and removing the housing. Each serviceable internal component is easily accessible and can be fully removed.
  • No Drain Required
  • A drain is not required with the Fit® 120E. Moisture in the incoming air is simply transferred to the outgoing air during the circulation process.

Works Great But Would Not Recommend For Southern Humid Climates
By Tim L

We bought two of these units for stand alone ventilation in a extremely tight (.83 ACH ) ICF home in humid Florida climate. We have ductless mini splits and do have to supply from ERV going to just above the ductless returns. Unfortunately the logic for the units seems to be designed more for a dry climate. The humidity levels when set to 50% on controller will continue to vent to lower humidity but in our climate when the intake humidity from outside in front of the ERV is at 90% and after the ERV mix chamber is still at 75% to 80% entering the home you will waste Power constantly trying to remove humidity unless you purchase another appliance such as a whole home dehumidifier. The logic I’m my opinion would be better if suited to either a dry or damp climate or programmable with scheduling. FANTECH did come out with a new controller with a little better logic but still in my opinion does not work for a damp climate.
If your in a dry climate this unit would be great but for me I’m now researching dehumidifiers and creating my own logic to control scheduling.
