    Revolv is dedicated to bringing efficient comfort to the manufactured and mobile home market. The RSH1430RG156DC combines a Revolv RSH heat pump with a RG1 gas furnace to provide a whole home comfort solution. Designed for easy installation in mobile and manufactured housing, these units are specifically designed to fit into tight spaces and operate with minimum combustion clearances. These systems also feature Revolv's AccuCharge® systems, to help streamline installation and simplify your home's heating and cooling.
  • AccuCharge® with FitRight® Fittings
  • All AccuCharge® units come with a factory precise refrigerant charge and FitRight® fittings that provide an easy installation. The combination of the two are engineered for superior efficiency and reliability.
  • Corrosion Resistant Finish
  • The Revolv AccuCharge® air conditioners are made of a galvanized steel with a polyester urethane coat finish. They are then sprayed with a 950 hour salt finish that has a 50% better corrosion resistant rating than comparable units.
  • Composite Base Pan
  • A composite base pan is stronger and lighter than your standard steel base pan. Being composite, it absorbs sound better and is also corrosion resistant.
  • High Pressure Switch
  • The AccuCharge® heat pumps come with a high pressure switch that protects your unit against unsafe high system pressures. It has an auto-reset feature that prevents unnecessary service visits.
  • Louvered Condenser Guard
  • The AccuCharge® air conditioners have a durable metal guard that protects the coil from extreme weather or objects hitting it and damaging your unit.
  • Sealed Combustion
  • Revolv RG1 furnaces vent directly to the outdoors and draw in fresh air for combustion through a separately purchased roof jack.
  • Compact Design
  • All Revolv furnaces are designed specifically for manufactured and modular homes. This allows them to be installed in utility rooms or closets and streamlines installation.

  • The AccuCharge® coils come installed with a thermal expansion valve (TXV) that helps control the amount of refrigerant flow into the evaporator.
  • Mounted TXV Sensor Bulb
  • The TXV sensor bulb is what senses how much refrigerant to flow through the coil. In the AccuCharge® coils, it is mounted properly on the suction line for precise readings.
  • Failure Prevention
  • AccuCharge® coils have features to prevent premature failure of your coil. It has a built-in strainer to prevent debris from entering the coil. It also has a dry-type pan so that it doesn't hold standing water.
