A cast iron heat exchanger keeps efficiency high and your home warm, while metal joint nipples resist corrosion that can affect standard rubber section connectors. A step opening gas valve keeps startup clean and smooth, while the integrated boiler control system allows the PVCG-B to integrate easily into your home's heating system.

  • The cast iron heat exchanger in the PVCG-B series boilers is designed for maximum heat transfer, saving you valuable heating dollars season after season.
  • Cast Iron Nipple Joints
  • The three sections of the heat exchanger are joined together with cast iron nipples instead of traditional rubber, providing protection against normally corrosive chemicals such as antifreeze.
  • Integrated Boiler Control System
  • The PVCG-B boiler series comes with an integrated boiler control, making operation and integration a simple task. The boiler control comes wtih a "thermal purge" feature, circulating residual warm water through the system before firing the boiler.
  • Integrated Taco 007 Circulation Pump
  • The integrated Taco 007 circulation pump is considered a staple of hydronic heating, providing years of reliable service with minimal required maintenance.
