What can I say. I've installed a few hundred Briggs and Statton transfer switches over the past little bit. They go up with ease, look great and works every time.

So far, great. The system was installed. The installer is waiting to teach how the system operates.

I was extremely impressed and thankful for the expertise and helpfulness of your expert group to identify the exact equipment for my specific generator and get it sent ASAP. I have another issue I need direction on. My B & S engine is going through 12 volT batteries every 3 Mo. Battery testing shows the generator/inverter is putting out 15+ amps (over charging??). Is there a replacement chip or do you have a recommended repair service locator?

I would suggest contacting Briggs & Stratton directly @ (800) 743-4115. They'll be able to locate a servicing dealer in your area.

Matched this with an older B&s ATS to manage a 20k generator on a 400amp service. House with Pool. Worked in "Symphony" with other ATS, Used B&S modules to manage (8) 240volt loads

If you are serious about a home generator system, stay far away from Briggs and GE products. I have both and have experienced repeated failures with a support system that is awful. Save yourself aggravation and money. Buy another!

16 KW Standby Gen & Symphony ii ATS with disconnect

It can't get any better. I found a new B&S 16 KW generator for sale at a fire sale price, bought it, brought it home. I built a pad ran the gas line set the generator and hooked up the gas. I ordered a Briggs & Stratton Symphony II from Electric Generators Direct ( great service, wonderful service) these guys called me 3 times making sure we were on the same page.
I set the ATS, ran the conduit pulled wire and hooked it all up. It runs flawlessly. 2,800 sq ft home, two 3 ton ac units, pool pumps and water well and the system runs it all very well. My only advise is read the directions, read the directions again make a plan, revisit your plan read the directions again. It is a very well thought out generator and ATS.
