Zone panels combination of commonly used components and pre-installed wiring make them Watts Radiant's most popular panel. It combines a rigid, durable powdered steel casing with a Watts Radiant M series stainless steel manifold. The manifold is pre-mounted to the casing, taking any guesswork out of installation. The enclosure has a built-in latching door to prevent tampering, and the manifold includes isolation valves, temperature gauges, and a vent and purge assembly. The ZM-A-4 panel also includes a primary circulator and a three-way thermostatic mixing valve to the panel, eliminating the need for a separate primary circulator in the hydronic circuit and giving the panel the ability to adjust temperature on the fly.
Long Lasting Strength
The panel itself is made out of powder coated steel. This gives the panel the strength and rigidity it needs to give you years of reliable use.
Stainless Steel Manifold
The included distribution manifold is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance and can supply up to 2 GPM to each zone. Flow meters are included for each circuit for quick temperature readings.
Pre-Wired Valve Actuators
This zone panel contains actuators for every single outlet on the included manifold. These actuators are pre-wired to an included valve actuator control, taking any guesswork out of the installation.
Primary Circulation Pump
This panel includes a primary circulation pump powerful enough to circulate water throughout the entire hydronic system. The pump comes pre-wired and is tested before it leaves the factory to assure good performance.
Temperature Mixing Capability
The zone mix pump panel has a three way mixing valve to the panel enclosure, adding fixed temperature mixing capability to your hydronic circuit. This prevents system water temperature from exceeding a certain threshold.
