Features

Utica is one of the most reputable names in hydronic heating. They are known for providing quality equipment that is designed for ease of use and installation. The UB95M-200 hot water boiler is an amazingly versatile heating solution. The flexibility and efficiency of the UB95M-200 make it suitable for new construction, replacing old equipment, and expanding existing systems. The UB95M-200 ships as a natural gas boiler but it is field convertible to propane by a qualified professional without any additional parts. Direct PVC venting support means that you don't even need a chimney to install the UB95M-200. The UB95M-200's modulating burner provides precise, efficient heating. In addition to a modulating burner, the UB95M-200 includes condensing technology. This allows the boiler to reuse heat that escapes traditional boilers in the form on water vapor. A factory-installed condensate trap protects the components from corrosion and keeps your UB95M-200 running efficiently. The UB95M-200 is a boiler that pushes the limits of flexibility and efficiency, and as a result it is a fantastic choice for a massive range of applications.

    Product Features

    Cast-Aluminum Monoblock Heat Exchanger
The monoblock design of the UB95M-200's heat exchanger is superior to standard, sectional designs, which are prone to leakage. Cast-aluminum was selected as a material for its incredible heat transfer properties. The combination of these elements results in a durable, efficient heat exchanger with a low pressure drop.

    Integrated Modulating Boiler Control
The IMBC is responsible for weighing the temperature at several points in your system and making intelligent decisions about when your equipment needs to fire. This process keeps temperature fluctuations and energy use in check, leading to even and efficient comfort.

    Outdoor Reset Control
Scaling the heat production of your home to the outside temperature is a great way to keep your home comfortable and efficient. With the included outdoor temperature sensor and the UB95M-200's easy-to-use controls, outdoor temperature reset is a breeze to set up.

    Installation Flexibility
The UB95M-200 is designed to be easy to install in a variety of spaces. Primary/secondary piping is unnecessary as a single circulator can manage the boiler circulation and zoning. Return and gas piping may be fed through the top of the boiler or either side. Finally, the connections at the top and rear of the unit simplify piping for multiple boiler installations.

Medium Learn More
Medium
Medium refers to the substance that carries heat through the heating system. Systems are either designed to use either Hot Water or Steam as a medium, and components are usually specific to one or the other.
Hot Water
Fuel Type Learn More
Fuel Type
To create heat, some form of fuel is required. Fuel Type specifies what the product uses as an input to create heat.
Natural Gas
Combustion Type Learn More
Combustion Type
Condensing appliances use leftover thermal energy from combustion gases to heat water in a secondary heat exchanger, resulting in higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature.
Condensing
Vent Type Learn More
Vent Type
Products that use combustion (burning) of fuel to create heat also create potentially dangerous gasses that need to be exhausted (AKA "Vented"). Depending on the product, venting can be done via a chimney, through a side wall, or use a second vent to provide fresh air to the appliance.
Direct Vent
DHW Production Learn More
DHW Production
DHW (Domestic Hot Water) is potable water for uses other than space heat. Some boilers are able to provide DHW "out of the box", while others can do so with the purchase of optional accessories.
No
Modulating/Staging Learn More
Modulating/Staging
Stages are unique speeds or levels that equipment can operate at. More stages allow for better fine-tuned control of output, which improves comfort and efficiency. Modulating equipment can operate across a range of levels, giving the highest level of fine-tuned control. Learn More
