Features

Triangle Tube is best known for two things: feats of hydronic innovation and incredibly efficient products. The Prestige Solo line of hot water boilers marries high efficiency condensing technology with Triangle Tube's cutting edge TriMax controls to bring you a boiler that is 95% efficient and simple to operate. The condensing technology behind Prestige Solo boilers will capture and reuse gaseous heat that escapes traditional boilers. Stainless steel construction and an internal condensate trap will protect the PT60 from corrosion. Prestige Solos also include a modulating burner that scales heat production based on your needs and reduces unnecessary energy consumption. The TriMax control allows you to have two different temperature zones and six Prestige boilers in your system. It also displays all problems in clear English and suggests common solutions. With the TriMax, controlling and maintaining your boiler is easier than ever. The Prestige Solo is an overachiever in every regard, and it makes an excellent addition to any system.

    Product Features

    60 Second Setup
TriMax controls feature six preprogrammed applications that allow you to set the PT60 up in just one minute. These applications are: finned tube baseboard, cast-iron baseboard, radiators, high mass radiant, and low mass radiant. Even if your application is not listed, the TriMax will save time with its easy-to-read display and clear commands.

    Fire Tube Heat Exchanger
The Prestige Solo line of hot water boilers includes a fire tube heat exchanger. By allowing for high water content, fire tube heat exchangers reduce short cycling and provide incredibly steady temperatures. Contours in the design prevent any detritus from accumulating, which keeps your PT60 running efficiently.

    Outdoor Reset Control
All Prestige Solo boilers include an outdoor temperature sensor. When connected to the TriMax control, this sensor allows you to use outdoor reset control to provide the ideal indoor temperature. Outdoor reset control saves energy and keeps you comfortable, even in changing weather conditions.

    TriMax Control
The TriMax control is one of the most versatile proprietary controls in the business. It includes warm weather shutdown, low water cut off, and allows your system to interface with Modbus communications protocols. It is easier than ever to stay safe and efficient with a Prestige Solo and TriMax controls.

Medium Learn More
Medium
Medium refers to the substance that carries heat through the heating system. Systems are either designed to use either Hot Water or Steam as a medium, and components are usually specific to one or the other.
Hot Water
Fuel Type Learn More
Fuel Type
To create heat, some form of fuel is required. Fuel Type specifies what the product uses as an input to create heat.
Natural Gas
Combustion Type Learn More
Combustion Type
Condensing appliances use leftover thermal energy from combustion gases to heat water in a secondary heat exchanger, resulting in higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature.
Condensing
Vent Type Learn More
Vent Type
Products that use combustion (burning) of fuel to create heat also create potentially dangerous gasses that need to be exhausted (AKA "Vented"). Depending on the product, venting can be done via a chimney, through a side wall, or use a second vent to provide fresh air to the appliance.
Direct Vent
DHW Production Learn More
DHW Production
DHW (Domestic Hot Water) is potable water for uses other than space heat. Some boilers are able to provide DHW "out of the box", while others can do so with the purchase of optional accessories.

Modulating/Staging Learn More
Modulating/Staging
Stages are unique speeds or levels that equipment can operate at. More stages allow for better fine-tuned control of output, which improves comfort and efficiency. Modulating equipment can operate across a range of levels, giving the highest level of fine-tuned control. Learn More

AFUE Learn More
AFUE
AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) measures the efficiency of combustion equipment over the entire heating season, and is calculated by dividing the amount of energy that is actually heating your home by the total energy contained in the fuel used by the boiler/furnace. Learn More
