- 4-Way Airflow
- Installation in the center of a room provides the best results. Since that's not always practical, the CS-E18RB4UW has four louvers that allow you direct air which ever direction you desire.
- Integrated Drain Pump
- Panasonic has integrated a built-in drain pump that raises the condensate up 20 inches from pump discharge.
- Quiet Operation
- With the all new turbo fan and increased air path, the E18RB4UW has reached one of the industry's lowest levels of noise. Noise is almost obsolete and produces nothing but a soft whisper.
- Power Failure Automatic Restart
- Your preset programmed operation can be reactivated once power is restored after a power failure.
- High Power Mode
- When the high power button is pushed, the unit will operate at maximum output for 30 minutes regardless of set temperature.
- Cold Resistant
- The E18RB4UW compressor can handle outdoor temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit for cooling mode and 5 degrees Fahrenheit for the heating mode. Panasonic uses some of the best cold-resistant components to prevent weather related issues.
- Quick Results
- Panasonic's inverter technology adjusts the compressor rotation speed for maximum performance. The E18RB4UW can operate with higher cooling or heating power during the start up period to notice results quicker.

- Line Set - This double insulated tubing transfers refrigerant efficiently between your outdoor condenser and indoor unit.
- Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor unit to drain locations of your choosing. We recommend locally purchased PVC hard pipe for the condensate drain on cassette and concealed duct units.
- Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.
- Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor unit from your outdoor condenser.
- Base Pan Heater - The base pan heater prevents ice from building up on the outdoor unit. Excessive ice build will lead to performance issues and could damage your unit.
- Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris.
