Biasi 3 Wood is traditional combustion cast iron hot water wood or coal burning boiler. Wood is a precious alternative energy source. Therefore, it is essential to use it in the best way possible, making use of suitable technologies for its combustion. 3Wood boilers are equipped with EN GJL 200 cast iron bodies designed to ensure maximum thermal yield and excellent draught. All BIASI boiler blocks are built in accordance with ASME boiler pressure vessel code, and bear the "H" stamp. The entire range of 3Wood Boilers have been tested to ETL standards. THE 3WOOD's water-cooled grates, large finned firebox and secondary combustion chamber maximize the burn time and minimize wood consumption. Easy adjustments to the automatic temperature control, secondary air regulator, and flue gas damper enhance fire maintenance.

Q: Are the Biasi 3-Wood boilers Phase II EPA certified? by Don from Michigan on February 24, 2016
A: To my knowledge the 3Wood Series boilers have not been Phase II certified. The only wood boilers we carry that I am certain have been through the certification process are some of the ProFab models, such as the Empyre Elite 817400 by Chris, Product Expert
